Refund policy

REFUND AND CANCELATION GUIDELINES 

Customers have a period of 10 days from the date of product acquisition initiate a refund request. No refunds will be issued after the 10 day period.

Please note that the restocking fee is waived only for returns of products that are defective upon arrival. Returns for personal reasons will incur a 30% restocking charge.

POLICY FOR PRODUCTS DEFECTIVE UPON ARRIVAL 

Should a product be defective upon arrival, report the issue to us within 24 hours for receipt of assistance. We'll help for the exchange under these conditions: 

°The product must be returned is it's original state without any modification or tampering.

°If the packaging is damaged during transit it's beyond our control. Customers are responsible for the return shipping of the damaged item.
